Dear Sirs, we are bringing to your notice the MINIMUM requirements for comfortable working conditions of DJ.

We thank you for your respect and understanding of our requirements. We hope for a mutually successful and long-term cooperation with you!

TYPES OF MUSIC

MELODIC HOUSE & TECHNO, TECH HOUSE, AFRO HOUSE, ORGANIC HOUSE, DEEP HOUSE, PROGRESSIVE HOUSE, CLUB HOUSE, DANCE

TRANSPORTATION

All expenses for transportation of DJ are the responsibility of the Provider. The Provider shall provide a round-trip flight. It is possible to move by railway transport (separate compartment) in case of a slight distance of the city (up to 400-500 km).

The inviting party shall send round-trip air tickets at their own expense: two business class tickets. The inviting party shall provide an executive-class car such as Mercedes, BMW, Audi (cars not mentioned in the list are excluded) at their own expense.

The car should be clean by the arrival of DJ, filled with a full tank and with an empty trunk, one for the entire stay in the city.

The inviting party shall without fail meet DJ at the airport (at the train station), and after the expiration of the term of stay in the city take to the airport (train station).

In countries outside the Russian Federation, the Artist shall have an interpreter and security around the clock to ensure his safety.

ACCOMODATION

The Provider shall provide accommodation in a single or double hotel room, if staying of DJ in the city is 8 hours. The hotel should be one of the best, at least **** (4 stars). 1 (one) suite (with a double bed) shall be provided.

By the arrival of DJ to the hotel, the rooms should have already been paid for and all the necessary documents filled out.

The room with all amenities shall have hot water, a telephone, a TV-set, and air conditioning in the hot season. The warm room shall be provided in the cold season.

The suite shall have mineral water without gas, juice, and fruit.

CATERING

The Provider shall provide meals to DJ throughout the stay in the city. Three meals a day in à la carte restaurant with a choice of vegetable and meat dishes, as well as a rich wine list shall be provided.

The breakfast, lunch and dinner time shall be coordinated with the manager. Refreshments during the set shall be provided.

TECHNICAL RIDER OF THE PERFORMANCE AS AN ARTIST

The time for sound check shall be coordinated with the manager. The Provider shall provide the following equipment: a keyboard stand, two channels (jack) for keyboard, a 220 V network, 2 maximum power monitors, a smoke machine, stroboscope and lighting equipment.

TECHNICAL RIDER PERFORMANCES AS DJ

A table for musical equipment shall be provided. It should be massive, stable on stage. The height of the table shall be at least 110 cm. On the table in the immediate proximity of the equipment a place with a hard and flat surface of at least 40×40 cm in size shall be provided for installing a laptop.

Equipment:

Two turntables Technics SL 1210

DJ controller Pioneer 1000 or Pioneer DJM-900NXS2 or Pioneer DJM-V10

At least 2 Pioneer CDJ-3000 DJ players

2 monitors with maximum power on both sides of the table

6 free power outlets

A smoke machine, stroboscope and lighting equipment

By special arrangement, it is possible to change the configuration of the kit. All equipment shall be in good working order. In case of non-compliance with this requirement, DJ shall not be liable for the equipment operability in the future!!!

STAY OF DJ ON THE SITE

By the arrival of the Artist on the site, the presence of a dressing room is obligatory. The dressing room shall be cleaned. Mineral water without gas, juices, fruits, champagne, sandwiches in assortment, napkins shall be provided.

During the presence of DJ on the site, the presence of unauthorized persons is strictly prohibited!

SAFETY

By the arrival of DJ and during his stay in this city, 100% security shall be provided. Insurance for the entire period is obligatory.

PERFORMANCE OF DJ

No one should be on stage during the performance of DJ.

Warm and cold drinks during the set shall be provided.

Important Note: Audio recording is prohibited. The club shall be obliged to pay the Artist extra compensation in the amount of his standard fee if there is a recording of the performance.

We hope for the decency and professional competence of the inviting party. Thank you for your respect and understanding of our requirements.

FEE AND PAYMENT TERMS

1. 100% advance payment of the fee shall be made in no more than two parts. The first part of the payment shall not be less than 50% and made to confirm the date of the event, as well as indicate that the Provider of the event has agreed and accepted all the conditions of this rider. The second part of the fee shall be transferred no later than three days before the start of the event.

After making the first part of the advance payment, the appointed date of the performance shall be considered valid and entered in the tour schedule on all the websites of the Artist (except for closed, private parties, the advertising of which is negotiated additionally). Payment details shall be provided together with the rider. It is prohibited to put an advertisement about the party before the advance payment is made.

2. In case of cancellation of the event by the club/the Provider the fee paid in the amount of 100% shall be non-refundable and remains with DJ as compensation. The second part of the fee not paid in due time shall not release the Provider/ the club from the obligation to pay it even in case of cancellation of the event.

FORCE MAJEURE CIRCUMSTANCES

In case of force majeure circumstances, namely: fires, floods, hurricanes, icing of the highway and other natural disasters, wars, blockades, imposing martial law, as well as the impossibility of the performance of the Artist due to physical affliction, the date of the performance of the Artist shall be postponed to the next available date (negotiated with the Provider), or in case of force majeure on the way, on the accident scene, the Provider shall decide over the phone how it is possible to take the Artist to the performance on the appointed date.

This rider shall be considered valid and agreed on all essential terms and conditions from the moment the Provider makes the advance payment.
